Testing Kits ..

Hi i have 2 testing kits and in a few months when i get time to move some stuff around ive decided to get a 30 gal. for my room but anyway i found these 2 testing kits in my cellar an ammonia testing kit and a nitrite testing kit but they say for pond use would i be able to use this on my upcoming tank ? or will it be different because there for ponds ?

First of all, if they are more than a couple years old I would chuck them. These things usually have an expiary date and don't test accurately after a long period of time. Look for the date on the packaging and test bottles themselves. If they are however good to use, they can be used in an aqaurium, the fact that they are for a pond shouldn't change the way they test.
