hi i have a 20 gallon aquarium with zebra danios serpae ,pristella and black tetras . also a corydoras ,platys swordtails and two pearl gouramis maybe yall could give me interesting suggestions i was thinking about silver dollars and maybe an orange chromide cichlid but maybe yall got better ideas than me kkeep in mind that i cant get anything too agressive but my fish are all pretty active and capable of defending themselves see ya
 
silver dollars won't work they need atleast 55g tank what about some glow light tetras those r cool looking and that is all i can think of
 
Sounds like if you want to add anything to that mix you're going to have to upgrade to a much larger tank! Swordtails can get more than 4" long and pearl gouramis also get quite large; none of them are going to be thrilled living in a 20g for too long... I say you use this as an excuse to go out and buy that 55g or 75g you've always wanted ;)
 
yeah true i wastsn thinking about the future but my supplier sells his silverdollars about 1$ size so i would have time to upgrade to a bigger one actually today i am going out to get a 75 g tank that i just reerved at a pet shop nyway i have 1 or 2 of each speces i mentioned so the tank looks pretty empty can yall think about small fish that look neat
 
rather than getting more fishes of a different species, how aout getting more of the ones you already have? the danios, tetras, and cories are all schooling fish that prefers to be in groups of 6 or more.
