To prepare my kribs for spawning, shoulkd I feed them well and do water changes, then when I goon vacation do nothing? will that help them spawn? How high should the temp be?

You don't necessarily need to do much. The female will most likely eat less. Kribs usually spawn readily. Take a look at the link for more info :
