Hi all

Three days ago i removed some dwarf chain swords from my 3' tank and planted them in the 6x2x21/2 display tank. Now, today they look like...... brown tips, the leaves are broken and really thin leaves almost like their melting sort of.

They are fertilized daily and with W/C's.

Could light be a problem?

Cheers
Nick

lighting can be a problem. I think thats what killed my bananna plant was moving it and it stayed in the same tank.

Wait a day or two. If you see new shoots at the center of the plant, it will recover. I think they are somewhat delicate when it comes to transplanting. Mine did the same and the outer leaves will die so you'll have to prune them, but as long as new leaves are growing, it should come back.

Good luck!
