My convicts have laid eggs for the second time....second female same male. If they hatch about how long will it take...if the male did his job this time??

my eggs hatched about two weeks ago. I have a questoin now. how fast do they grow. ive had my convicts about 2 months now I think. and they dont look live they have grown at all. my pleco has grown about 2 to 3 inches in that time.
How fast a fish will grow depends on the species, how much food is available, what kind of food it is, water chemistry, and lighting. Are your convicts getting a variety of food? How often do you feed them? What are your water parameters?

G'day, I find that if you just feed the parents thats enough. The parents will fan food out of the gravel for the fry. Mine normally grow about 1mm/week. When they are about 2.5cm (1 inch ) I feed them to my Oscars.
