spotted bristlenose pl*co?

i just recently bought a pl*co, and it was labled as a spotted bristlenose, but it doesn't have any bristle's on it's nose :huh:
i got it from big al's so i was pretty sure i knew what i was getting.
has anybody heard of these or maybe it's a rubbernose?
i'm not really sure, if you could help that would be amazing.
i'm worried about it getting too big.

Ah

that might be why, it's only about 1.5" long right now.
very cute little guy, oops maybe girl.
it's nose part is more like a rubbernose, but it's eyes wouldn't be in the right place then.
