What is the maximum flow rate that can go through a built in overflow with a 1.5 inch drain from a 96"x24"x36" tank?

Dont quote me, but I'm almost positive that a 1.5" drain is 600gph.

I have a closet that I was thinking of modifying a little because it seems like a great place to put a fish tank. The only reason why I 'm not doing it right now is because of the cost (around $7000 with live rock, skimmer, etc.)and the fact that I would have to go under my house to add additional supports (a tank this size weighs around 3000 pounds with water and live rock)
I was looking on other sites and found that 1.5 inch overflow drains can handle 1200 gallons like the largest CPR hang on back overflow. This seems true because the overflow is rated to 1200 with a 1.5" bulkhead.

1.5" drain can do at least 2000 gph. But we also need to know the size of the overflow, the amount of slits in the opening, and the water height above the overflow to calculate how much the overflow itself can flow.

it would weigh alot more than that, especially if it was glass. it's almost 400 gallons. just the tank and water would be over 3000 lbs. excluding rock and substrate.
