How high can i raise the temp in my tank without killing the inverts?

Ok here is the deal, my main tank had an ich outbreak and 1 of my clowns died.. i just set up my 5 gallon Q-tank (i know, i know, better then nothing).. so i am going to let it run tonight and put the fish 1 clown, 1 quarter size blue tang in it tomorrow.. at that point i will only have 2 cleaner shrimp and 1 blood shrimp left in the main tank. i want to speed up the life cycle of the ich so how high can i raise the temp in the main tank? also what temp should the q tank be at?

also how am i going to get rid of the ich in the q tank? Orion talked me into the q tank but i am not sure how i see the ick will go away in it.. do i medicate the q tank? if so what do i use?

The skunk cleaner can take 20-27 C or 68-81 F. Fire shrimp aren't listed with a temp range by Fenner, but I'd guess you are looking at a similar range. I would say that if you are trying to eliminate ich from the system, you are best off just going 2 months regardless of temp.
