Dwarf Lotus

Does anyone know if there is a type of lotus that would survive in a really small tank? It's only 2 maybe 3 gallons, but has no top and I was hoping to grow plants out of the top...
Any suggestions will be welcome.

There really isn't anything like that. Even a dwarf lotus is far too big for a tank of that size.

I guess you could look into Hydrocotyle leucocephela. It's not really the same but it has lilly pad-esque leaves...
