Hi,
I was just wondering If I could get a cabinet stand for a 10 gal so when I get a new little brother he won't be able to get into the chems and stuff. Where could I get one?

THANKS!!

I don't know if they make them that small, it would be a pretty tippy aspect ratio. But no need to limit yourself, get a cabinet stand made for a bigger tank, or get one made bigger. The tank will sit quite nicely on top.

Thanks happy. I have a $25 metal stand right now that allows my little siblings to get into the chems(my fish tools are stored under the tank). So far the siblings haven't figured out how to unscrew the bottles yet, but when they do... I am SOOOOO dead!

That's why I want a cabinet stand. Also, with a stand that is a little on the big side, It allows for a towel to sit on top of the stand just in case. :D
My local petco & petsmart (don't worry I don't buy ANY fish at either one) sell stands of all shapes & sizes, BUT the only 10g stands they have are NOT cabinet stands.
I've seen this new bow-front cabinet/shelf stand they've come out with that I think would work without a problem.
I also don't want my tank to look small. But with a 15g stand that probably wouldn't be an issue.

I used to have all my chems on the bottom little shelf of my metal stand, and once my son started crawling, I had to do something... so I bought a nice little rubbermaid bucket and put that under the stand. It looks nicer now too. However, he's 2 and probably could open the bucket, so I've taken all chemicals out of the bucket and put them on top of the bookshelf, and now there's just non-harmful things (plastic plants, fishing line, etc). *knock wood* he hasn't tried to open the bucket yet, not that it would matter though!
