I took the filter back to the LFS and they sent it to the service. Filter was broken. It was just a little ckrack on the bottom of the motor head. :(

They gave me new one.:D

I still stand by my K-Y suggestion. I do use it to line the o-ring and adjacent surfaces before sealing the filter.

Athough it has a million uses, filling cracks amongst them, I don't think it could MEND a crack. . .:p
