Here you can see at least a portion of 8 of the 11 inhabitants, including the alpha male

That is a sweet set up how big is the tank and what is the biggest fish in thei?

thanks for the compliments guys........the tank is a 125. There are 11 adult mpimbwes. The alpha and beta male are both about 12". I've recently thought about adding 4-6 more fish and them moving the whole colony into my 265........

Great looking fish Gregga. It would amazing to have a few more in the 265g. I take it from the Alpha / Betta comment they have established some form of heirachy?

thanks again guys....

yes fishsmurf......the two males have their own pecking order. Ironically, the male that assumed the alpha position was actually less agressive than the beta male before they were put into the same tank.

Nice fish!

Also noticed how their stripes are opposite of the saltwater Sheepshead.
Maybe not 'opposite', but the black stripes are narrower on Sheepshead.
