Good morning. I was looking for advice on compatible fish to add to a 25 gallon freshwater tank. Currently I have two male platys, one male and one female phantom tetra, and two male fancy guppies. I was thinking of getting a dwarf gourami. Any other advice on fish that would be compatible in this tank? Thanks in advance.

I was planning on putting more guppies and platies in the tank, as well as tetras. I plan on adding a male dwarf gourami. Any other suggestions?

A single dwarf gourami will be fine. I wouldn't worry about adding female platies and guppies. You really need to add about 6 of each to keep the 1 to 3 ratio up. Add more males and you also won't have to worry about over crowding from excess babies. Adding more tetras is more important as they are more of a schooling fish than platies and guppies.

A crew of 4 cory catfish would look nice as well.
