Today I ordered several new fish from aquariumstuffers.com, namely Anableps! I am finally getting Anableps (I have been searching for some for over a year). AS has had them for quite awhile but just this past week they put them on sale for only 7.50 a fish, so I decided to order 6 of them. I am also getting 3 more Mono sebae's, and 2 Lamp calvus (cichlid) along with a few blue platies. I will let you guys know what I think of their brackish fish, as they have more than I have found on any other site on the net. They should arrive on Tuesday. Anyway, just thought would let you guys know if you want Anableps and can't find them, aquariumstuffers.com has them!

Oh well, now they are no longer on sale, though archers are for only 4.95. Too bad I already have two. I only have one anablep though, and would have jumped on a chance to get 2-3 more cheap.

Aq Stuffers has been on my radar for about 4 months, and they certainly have a broader brackish selection than other mailorder sites I've seen. Anyone ever order from them?

Everybody came in fine. It was a cold day today here in Colorado (big suprise) so they spent a small amount outside but were fine when they were floating in their tank. The Anableps are all small and female. I am hoping one will become female and change to a male. The Monos came in great, and are now happily schooling with my other 3 munchkins. The platies and calvus (boy are they small, ~.5") are fine too. The only thing I would say that I didn't like about them is you couldn't put a special request in about the fish. If I could, I would have requested 1 male Anablem if they had one, and would have wanted all female platies. But other than that they seemed fine. Will keep everyone informed how they do and what the survival rate is. Back to Anablep watching!
