Replacement bulbs - where to go?

I have a Jebo fixture and I'm looking to replace the power compact flourescents in there, they are 55w and two are actinic and two are 10000K. Where is a good place to order replacement 55 watts in the 5500-6500 k range?

I've been told to check out AHsupply and Hello Lights. Any other suggestions would be helpful.

Also, will 10000k be a bad choice for growing plants?

Personally i like the ge 9325k bulbs. http://www.liveaquaria.com has these and many other bulbs. I'm not sure that they will beat AHsupply prices, but I buy all of my aquarium needs from them.
