Help identify!!

Can someone help me identify this fish? I have a very old book, back in 1964 that had a picture and this scientific name, Pelmatochromis Thomasi, but no common name. I would like some information on this fish if possible. I have a spare 20g tank that is set up but has no fish, and a 29g that is being moved to my home that is already established, has a common pleco in it. Any informstion that you can give me will be appreciated.

They are cool little cichlids, I used to keep them a few years back.They are reasonably peacefull but might nip small or fancy finned fish.I'm pretty sure the platies I kept with them lost an eye or two.
