I Have Two Goldfish In A 5gallon Tank. Their Fins Are Droopy And They Just Floating/doing Nothing. Also Everytime I Walk Into The Room Their Fins Perk Up And They Start Swimming. When I Go Out Of The Room, They Go Into Lazy Mode Again. They Are Eating Normal And I Do A 30% Water Change Everyweek. I Also Have An Airstone In, But No Filter. What Is Happening?

I Have Two Goldfish In A 5gallon Tank.
This is the first problem. The 2 goldfish will need 40 gallons if not more to thrive.
I Do A 30% Water Change Everyweek.
Not bad but with the size of the tank more and more often
But No Filter
Problem number 2. Gold fish are one to the most dirty fish one can keep.They need large tanks with a lot of filtration.

What kind of goldfish are they? 5 gallons is really too small for one of any kind of goldfish. For the time being, do many large water changes to keep the water somewhat clean. Do you have a testing kit for your water?
Thanks For The Great Info. I Feel Really Guilty Now. I Have Had Goldfish Berfore, But They All Died. 
Unfortunately there are a lot of misconceptions about what goldfish need, and those selling goldfish are in no hurry to change that. Do you have or can you get any larger tanks you can move them to?
Not At The Moment, No. What Can I Do In The Mean Time? I Am Just Newbie And I Don't Want To Make Anymore Mistakes.
lite feedings, a lot of water changes, a filter would help some, and get some tests kits. but really the best thing for the fish would to take them back. You then could get a betta, but after the tank is cycled. Did you cycle the tank? You can search for cycle to find out how to do this.
that is up to you...I just brought back 5 fish b/c I was getting new ones that I ordered, but the two largest were getting close and would have out grown my tank. I could have kept them longer till I got a new tank but it wouldn't be fair to put them in that condition.
