Do vegetarian fish eat anacharis?

If you're talking about cichlids, then maybe...but most fish won't eat anachris.
What kind of fish are you referring to? Otos, gouramis, etc? If so, then not at all.

IME goldfish and some plecos will eat anacaris. However most plecos will leave it alone if they are well fed.
