10 gallon tank, what to plant???

I am going to be setting up my 10 gallon tank on tuesday to be planted. The substrate will be 2" deep flourite, and I will have 28 watts of light (2.8 watts per gallon). What would be some good plants that are not terribly difficult to grow? I looked on plantgeek.com and some that interested me were: Green Hygro, Cryptocoryne walkeri, Anacharis, Brazillian Pennywort, Temple Plant, and Watersprite. Would some of these be good choices? Any input on plants and arrangement of the plants would be greatly appreciated.

Anacharis, pennywort and watersprite will all be good fast growers to start with, but I think you'll find they'll take over the tank pretty quickly after that. I've never grown watersprite though, so I'm just going on hearsay about that one.

Anacharis grows inches per week in my tank. Pennywort isn't too bad if it's planted in the substrate it will grow up towards the surface slowly, but if left floating, it goes nuts.
