I have 6 zebra danios that are cycling my 29 gallon tank. I went to vacum the gravel and I noticed one in the gravel. It was really tiny, then I looked around the bottom and saw alot more that were underneath and on top of the gravel. My question is how do i get them out without killing them and what do I feed them? They are about the width of a human hair and the length of 3-4 millimeters.

(wife at the keyboard here, just so you know)
When we had baby danio's we just used the reg. siphen (sp?) to remove them to a bucket. we then used a Small (shot sized and plastic) cup to place them in small shallow "gladware" type containers that we changed the water in everyday, we also had them on a heating pad to keep warm. not the best plan but it worked.
something to try would be putting a piece of "stocking" over the intake for the filter on a small tank so that they cannot be sucked into the filter.
they also need liquid food (Tetra makes one for livebarers and one for egg layers).
Hope this helps
:p
