To Everyone: What's your tank setup, and what additives do you use?

I think I'll just follow you around Burn since it seems you are asking all the questions I'm searching for answers to. As for my tank it is a 55g that has been setup for about 6 weeks now. There's nothing in it but some rock and sand as of now but I'm adding a cleanup crew this weekend or early next week. I have 260W of PC lighting with a custom made canopy that a friend made me. It also has some moonlights that I made for it. Seaclone skimmer and a Emperor 400 (I Think) filter. 2x201 Aquaclear PHs and one 401. I'm not adding anything to supplement except for of course the IO that is mixed with my water. Figured I'd start worrying about that next.

Tank setup details are in my Specs page and webpage in sig.
I only add things that I test for- calcium and alkalinity/buffer. Added magnesium once.
For the last 11 months I have been using ESV B-Ionic 2 part with really great results, but in the past couple of weeks have been learning how to drip kalk.

Here are two webpages I recommend highly-
I use this to determine what levels to keep

And this to calculate how much of what to add

I add only kalk and calcium. I test for nitrates about once every 2-3 weeks. All others (ammonia, nitrites, alk,) weekly. Oldest tank have been running for about 4-5 years now. Newest tank about year and a half.

I'm running a 30G. It's been going for about 4 weeks. I use an Aquaclear 200 filter, 2 Aquaclear 301 PH's, a 150W heater, and 55W PC 50/50 lighting. Currently I have 5 damsels(3-3 striped, and 2 yellowtail), also I just added 4 hermit crabs. they have done an awesome job on the algae in the 4 hrs they have been in the tank. I have been adding Calcium, and Kent Pro buffer. For water changes I have been using "Prime", and every week I put in some "Cycle".

I think most of the damsels are going back though in a few weeks, I would like to add some live rock, but the LFS is having a hard time getting it.

Se the 90 and 10 gallon tanks in my specs. The 90 has only been set up for about 3 months, but has the corals and fish from the 20 that was 3 years old. I add kalk and B-Ionic for calcium and alkalinity (still trying to get people together to build a Ca reactor!), and food.

mog i love the tv tank, that is so awesome! i guess i should look up kalk because i have no idea what ya'll speak of.

kalk=kalkwasser, a solution of calcium hydroxide. It is added as a supplement for calcium and alkalinity. When demand is relatively low, or a kalk reactor is used to boost input, it can be the only supplement required.

<--- will build calcium reactor, why not!?

EDIT: 29gallon, fulval 204 canister, two ebo jager heaters, 130watt PCs, maxi-jet 900, rio 1200

65gallon (nothing yet :o )
