Added cleaning crew, have a question.

Just got back from the LFs and dropped off the mantis's. Picked up 10 red legged hermits,10 blue legged hermits, 10 snails and a golden banded shrimp.

How long before I can add some fish? Will there be a spike when these are added to the tank?
 
There will probably not be any measurable change in ammonia when you add the guys. The bacteria in the LR should easily be able to deal with them.

You can probably add fish any time now, but you might want to wait to see how your crew settles in.
