I know it's a long shot, but does anyone know of any good ones?

Can't vouch for how good it is, but this link was listed on the cooking website I'm a member of--generally pretty reliable for good endorsements.

Thanks Joe, I saw a lot of sites yesterday, but not these...... none of them look easy but I think I might be leaning towards the poopy seed cookies or potato balls....

Poopy seeds? I don't know how well those are going to go over. :)

hehehe..... I'm trying to go for the easiest thing and apparently, Lithuanian's aren't big on sweets...... nor are they big on "simple little dishes"......*sigh* maybe I'll try something from another country.....

Poppy seeds I like, it's the POOPY seeds that sound a little out of the ordinary. :D Let us know how they come out.
