I'm thinking of getting a shark cat. Just wanted some info on them from people who have had them or are familiar with them. See my post on "dying pictus's" for my current tank specs if you think you need them. Any info would be helpful

I assume you're taling about the black finned silver shark cats. I don't recommend one with your setup. First, they get rather large, and second, as they mature they need more and more salt in their water, eventually to marine conditions.
