Small pump for 150 gallon rubbermaid stock tank

I'd like to add a small stock tank to my Rubbermaid 150 gallon stock tank for water circulation and filtering.

I've got a cinder block slab in the tank to set the pump on.

Any ideas for less than $60?

laguna pond pumps are cheap or sedras. sedras are great and they come with 2 year warranties.
