90 some odd gals...As you can see they don't miss too many meals! The one on the right (tiger) is a female and the jury is still out on the Red
Good looking fish, Pix. Isn't amazing how responsive they are? I call them bulldogs with fins.
Those two look nice, how old are they? :)

MOJO: You are right...I never thought of them as that! I was tapping the glas down low, so they just had to go see what I was pointing at
Bayoupr: I love the Tigers markings too...She is really bright
Kev: I'm not exactly sure, but I bought them when they were maybe 1.5 inches and i've had them for 3 years. The Red is about a foot, the Tiger slightly smaller
The red's color is unbelievable too. What do you feed them?

VFREX: ANYTHING THEY WANT !!!! hahaha I feed them the Hikari Cichlid Gold, Wardly Cichlid pellets, Krill, mussels, clams, sardines (frozen, not canned) squid and occasionally they like to munch on spirulina tabs...I also give them their vitamins once a week...Here is a better pic of "Pumkin" my red

If i remember correctly, we were chatting a few months about about gelatin based fish foods. Do you feed any of that?

VFREX: Yes, I do...I mix all the "seafood" in the blender and set it in gelatin...Looks gross, but they like it...

those are some beautiful oscars. i love oscars. right now i have two long-tail oscars about 5 inches each. i originally had 3, but one of them killed the other. i believe i have a pair. anyway, hopefully i'll get some pics of my oscars soon, my webcam is too far from the tank, so i'd have to take regular kodak film shots.
