Hi all!

My anubias nana, dwarf sagittarius, and one of the amazon swords all have at least one deteriorating leaf. They're just melting away! Could this be because of my lighting deficiency? I ordered new lights that SHOULD be here before Sunday, but I want to know if I should wait ot just get rid of those specific leaves.

Thanks!

It's tough to say. I doubt that anubias is having a lighting deficiency, it's pretty tough and can handle pretty low light. But dwarf sag definitely could. The amazon sword may just be converting from emersed growth to submerged if it's fairly new. It took mine about a week to start showing signs of emersed leaf decay and probably about a month total for a full turnover and now it's doing fantastically.

You'll know shortly though, when you get the new light if there's an improvement you'll have isolated at least one issue.
