Ok so my tank is doing very good now,So far i am adding sea-lab#24 and marc weiss reef vital dna,is this enough?

You should be testing for calcium, magnesium, and alkalinity and adjusting as necessary in a fashion so as to keep those parameters stable. This can mean dosing daily either with a 2 part system like B-Ionic or by dripping kalk.
But I really, really caution you to add only those additives you are testing for. You need to be monitoring the pH as well.

Ever since i use marc weiss DNA my ployps and mushrooms have opened up and gotten very big,The lfs guy told me that sea lab releases all the additives when it need it,and theres no worrieing about over dosing with it and it also buffers
