What brands of water conditioners do you use?

Aquarium Pharmaceuticals Super Strength Tap Water Conditioner. I like it. It's cheap, its fairly concentrated and it doesn't have any extra slimy goop in it.
All I use is "Prime". A little goes a long way and it is available in larger sized bottles, so it is very economical.
I use generic sodium thiosulphate in my aging tanks, and Amquel if I have to add water directly to a fish tank.

I'm a Dechlor man myself, mainly because I've been using it for nearly 4 years with great results. (oh, and it's pretty cheap) :dance

how do you use it? i know you put it in the water, but do you apply it INSIDE your tank? or do you have to let your new water soak in this stuff in a bucket? or what?
