What algae is this?

Hi all,

I have some algae growing in my tank. I'm not sure if it is good or bad algae. It's dark green and mainly growing on the pebbles and some on the glass. Would anyone know what algae this is? and is it harmful to the fish and water?

Is it blue-green, grow in sheets, and does it flake off easily and float in the water column when disturbed? If so, it is cyanobacteria and not a true algae. And a pain to get rid of.
