I bought a green brain yester day and this morning there was these long slime looking stuff coming off. is this because its in a new system?

Anytime I move or upset my corals or LR they tend to do the same thing. I have two large brain corals with another tiny one that's just starting. They've been though hell between originally transporting them and several re-arrangements of my tank. They're pretty tough!!
