another lfs recommendation

my lfs recommended using Sparkling Clear in my 10g tank. (to clear it up). he said it clumps floaters and allows for better filtration.

any opinions?

What exactly is wrong with it; is it just cloudy? Or is it something else?

Also, what kind of filtration do you have?

it's a Primo 100. the water looks like there's dust in it.

It depends, how long has the tank been set up? Also, how old is the filter(I never heard of it before). You might need a new one.
