What is a good brackish fish that will assist in aerating my sand?

I have white silica sand substrate and want to find somthing that will keep the anaerobic pockets to a minimum.

Thanks,
Huy

I have a banjo cat in mine that buries himself in a different spot each day (yes, banjos are brackish according to this site's species profile). Violet Gobies/Dragonfish will really stir up the sand. I had one that when I first put it in, it stirred the sand up so much I couldn't see anything in the tank, it just looked like a dust bowl. After it dug a hole, it calmed down some.
