So I have a betta and four white cloud danios in my ten gallon tank. Along with a bunch of green algae I am trying to get rid of. Is this a good combination of fish? I am also going to add my rubber mouth pleco back into this tank. I was thinking of getting some Ottos to help clean up my algae mess. What do you think?

My real question for you all is this... What kind of food should I feed these guys? I had a Danio (just a plain Danio) die because he got constipated and exploded! Someone said I should feed them peas? Should I be feeding these White Clouds something special too? Bettas are carnivors? What kind of food should I feed this guy. I have flakes and pellets I feed them right now. Betta eats it, but I want to make sure he is happy and healthy.

Thanks for any advice!

White clouds are actually a species of cool water minnow, not a danio AFAIK. I'd feed them and the betta a staple flake/pellet supplemented by spirulina flakes, blood worms and the occasional thawed frozen pea (just the inside, not the shell). This is basically what I feed my guys, seems to work well. Go easy on the peas, they're like bran for people ;)
If you get otos, you're going to need to spot feed them as well - it's doubtful your tank will produce enough algae for them. I personally prefer Hikari spirulina wafers - never met a fish that didn't love 'em :D
