How are these test results

Is my cycling finished? I think it is pretty close.

PH = 8.5 - 8.6
Nitrites = 0
Nitrates = 0
Ammonia = .25 or a little less
Alkalinity - High ,is this important?

Any detectible ammonia is bad, its only finished when Ammonia and Nitrite are 0, and Nitrates are are a managable level.
