Alright, a few weeks ago, I swaped my 10 gallon for a 20, and I had a few live plants, but, my fish ate them, and I was left with these little snail like things. What are they, and were the heck did they come from?
Although I am getting a tad bit tired of explaining myself I will do it one more time ( and I suppose I should expect to keep on having to do it with a tank like mine).
My fish are mainly adopted.... people come into my work and say if we dont take the fish they are going to flush them. So I adopt them. But my fish look really good. I cannot see one sign of stress on any of them and I never lose a fish. I have lots of cover for them, tons of filtration, and I do waterchanges 3 or more times per week.
That being said im getting a new tank in the next week or so (55g at least).
I've seen worse - coworker of mine has 8 or 9 goldfish (some of em are pretty big too) in a 29g. My jaw hit the ground. Friend of a friend has a pleco, betta, clown loach, shark of some sort and some other fish in a 10g. Think sardines...
