This is my puppy.
She is an American Pit Bull, Rodhesian Ridgeback X. Her name is Saija.
She is 90% Pitty and 10% Ridgeback. Pitbull with Ridgebacks reddish colouring and when she is angry she gets the ridge of backwards furr like the Ridgeback. She is more fun than a kick in the butt.
Please post pics of yours
P.S. sorry if this is a repeat thread.
Edit: Forgot a pic, but its there now.

This is a Photo of my Next puppies dad. His name is Drako and he is a MONSTER. He is a Texas Blue Diamond American Pit Bull. He just had a new litter with a female named Blacky on Dec 8th and I am hoping to pick up one of the pups when they are ready to go.

Beautiful dogs! Drako looks like hes pumped up on roids! lol
Heres a quick shot of my plott hound. Shes really similar to a Rhodesian Ridgeback, except without the ridge of backwards fur and shes a little smaller in size.

Thank you!
Yeah he does look like it, but hes not. Its just the natural size of the Texas Blue diamond line of Pit Bull. They are unbelievably muscular naturally.

Toka - Pointer mix, to the best of my knowlwedge, was listed as a spaniel, but acts more like a pointer with slightly longer fur, kind of small though only about 45 lbs, they also listed her as a border collie mix.

careful, ill is another one of those uhhh, im not sure whachacallum words that these kids nowadays use sdrowkcab. :)
I got a half lab half greyhound. We got him when he was about 4 years old. He'd been confiscated from a drug dealer and has been to more dead shows than jerry garcia. It is thought he was still tripping on LSD when he came into our home. At first he was emmaciated and tried to bite anyone he could. But after a while he realized people could acctually be nice to a dog(now imagine that?). Now its like another dog. He is loveier than any dog I know. We clocked him @ 35 mph once. I wish I had a pic to show yall.

We have 3 boxers. Two Females Phoebe (2) and Grace (1) (http://www.boxerworld.com/forums/showthread.php?t=62627) and George (3) (pictured below). Boxer are hyper good natured dogs. George thinks he is the size of a Chihuahua he loves to snuggle and be a lap dog

You guys all have awesome dogs!
This is my Yorkie, Missie. She'll be 6 in February. She just got her hair cut a week ago, so she looks alot different now. But my updated pictures are currently stuck on my camera- until I get my own computer up and running again. :-/

My boys. Both think they are lap dogs. Both were pound rescues. Patch, on the left, is a heeler/bordercollie/? mix. Orion, on the right, may be a pointer, or a mix--he's a bit heavier built than a pointer.

This is Little Dude, or at least that's what we named his as a pup. Now it's pretty much just DUDE!! He's an American Bulldog we got from a local breeder. The only hog he will ever hunt is sniffing one on the grill :p
He's about 105lbs. Here he is "cooling it" between attacks on the sprinkler system and playing with his tire swing. We also have two Boston Terriers and a Greyhound from a local rescue organization. Dude is MY dawg ;)

My avatar is a picture of my "son" Rags. He's a terrier mix of some sort, but I often jokingly refer to him as a wire-haired toy wolf. :D
More pics of Rags and our other dogs are here. (http://www.geocities.com/sfurciniti/pets.html)
You can also find some outdated pictures of me on other pages of that site. I've lost lots of weight since those were taken. :)

Heres my "Speigel". a pound pup, we of course dont know what the H he really is, but he has webbed feet like a lab (but hates water), is red like a Brittany Spaniel, and beagle-like head and ears. The Shelter estimated his DOB around Feb 14, and he has a large red heart shaped mark on his left shoulder. Hence Valentino!
He likes to knock down the cushions on the couch and snuggle into and on top of them.
cute puppies. Maniago your boxers are beautiful- good for you for not clipping their ears. Hate that.

$65000??? Did you add an extra 0? Thats a shibby load of money!
Must have been pretty hard though. A dog becomes part of the family after a while.
Since there are 20 dogs around the house and farm here I won't bother with a pic. 13 are our own borders. The Rouge is my avatar...

13!?! Wow--I can't imagine that many border collies in one house! Are they working dogs? My Mom and sister each have one, and I've watched them for a week or so--they are high maintenance dogs! My sister takes the pair hiking/skiing/snowshoeing to keep them busy--as a result, her hiking pace is uber fast because she keeps up with them. Don't think I have a recent pic of them here...

They are distant relatives on Lady's mother's side. Unfortunately, Lady can't handle a light sabre very well. But she can sense when Imperial stormtroopers are approaching our block and let's us know immediately. ;)

Here's Sam, our border collie mix (sorry about the yellow eyes, gotta fix that). Another rescue dog. We're lucky enough to have woods right by the house, so he gets a few miles of running every morning and evening. Loves chasing deer and boxers, although I wish he would stop with the deer.

No I typed it right $65000 US, he is a world champion show dog and has also won awards for his breeding quality. He wasnt really a family pet so it wasnt to hard for my buddy to sell him. He has got about 16 Pit Bulls right now in a proffesional breeding kennel. They are all amazing dogs. The cheap ones go for about 1500$ but he has dogs that range up to Drakos price. It all depends on the parents and how good the pups are.

Thank you, I love their ears floppy. Plus the male is such a mushy baby he would look silly with cropped

Some are working dogs (cattle) and others just do agility trials and some just sit around the house some for occasional breeding and a few do a bit of all this. We're on over 2000acres with the boundary 2km away, so they have plenty of room. They certainly like their exersize... 13 are our own pure BC's and we have one BC/kelpie cross giant who weighs 70pounds. We also had to bring in 6 other dogs that were my parents and they include another couple of BC's and a couple of kelpie crosses and a couple of terriers...
So it's a full house and most are allowed the run of the place. Some Pix are on http://bcs4me.com/abc

Awesome dogs, amosf! I love the blues and reds--most border collies around here are black and white, with a few tri colors in the mix.
