Frozen foods?

Got a question about them. Once defrosted completely do the have to be fed right away or can the be kept in a cup at room temperatures without going bad for a few days?

The reason i ask is, because i dont want to over feed my fish as there is too much food in one frozen cube for the amount of fish i have......

It should be fine in the fridge for a few days. Put it in a shot glass dilute with aquarium water and cover with saran wrap.
