I had some anomoes on my live rock and some other things but they all died I think... Is there any thing I can Buy/ do to get things to grow agian???? buy a small piece of rock and hope it speads the wealth?

Was the rock already cycled when you added it? Meaning did all of the ammonia from die-off completely cycle into nitrate? If you got the rock from an lfs how long did they have it if you know? If it came from mail order then did it go into the tank right away?
Sorry to answer your question w/a bunch more, but this will help determine why they died. My guess is that your rock wasn't cycled and the ammonia spiked and is prolly the reason for the losses. The anemonies were most likely Aiptasia or manjano, either way they are pests and usually will sprout up again when conditions are favorable. Before you add any more rock, however, make sure u understand the curing process. But maybe you already do and if so I apologize for giving irrelevent info to you

desirable anenomies require HIGH light.
what kinds of lights are you running.
the undesirable ones as was pointed out will probably grow back and you will end up wishing they really where dead.
