I have had fish tanks for years now, all back at home. I now am on my own, and a little freaked out about having a tank and possibly having is crash on me.
anyways, i have a metal stand that was designed for a 75 to 95 gal aquarium, so I know it will be alright. i have put a 20 gal aquarium on the stand using 3/4" ply. Is this stong enough for my case and will have nothing to worry about? Just want some feedback if this is a good idea or not.
Also, for my filter i am using a canister type designed for upto 55gal. A little too big for a 20 gal or will this be alright? Had it lying around and wanted to put it to use again.
