Gold barbs in a community tank with tetras and gouramis?

Ive been succesful with 6 tiger barbs, with 3 dwarf gouramis, tetras, clown loaches, 2 platies, and a pair of plekos!

Really, it all depends on the personality of your fish, but if i could get away with slightly more aggresive fish, im sure you could with tamer fish.......well i hope anyways

I had gold barbs in with gouramies for years never ran into problems.
