Ok i have been keeping cichlids for about 3-4 years now. I just got a 220 gallon setup and i am in the process of cycling the water. I want to get some awsome fish but dont know were to get them. Basically I am looking for some decent sized freshwater rays, sharks, and other cool fish. Does anybody know were i can get these fish online and a place to tell me what all is compatable together and what not. Thanks for any help given.

nobody has any info?

The species profiles on this site may help, For compatability. As far as places to order on-line, there are many, but I haven't bought livestock on-line and hate to endorse any of them without experience. A 220g gives a lot of options, but with Freshwater sharks, you will still be limited somewhat by tank size. Most Freshwater sharks just get too big for less than commercial/ publicly funded tanks.
Rays shouldn't be a problem at all though.

i have another post in the saltwater because i am thinking of going to that so i can get a smaller shark but i dont know exactly what all is involved with a saltwater tank

If you don't want what is involved with a SW tank I highly advise against getting a shark. They're sensitive to water quality and alot of mistakes can happen in keeping SW. Even to the experienced aquarists.

If you want to get into SW start off with a 30 gallon and smaller hardier fish like damsels or clownfish.

**************** I ordered from there to get my figure 8 puffers, 1 outta 3 died in 2 days... the other 2 are fine... I suggest emailing them a "specialty order" and asking for "plump fish"...i did that and they sent me just healthy ones :D

BTW, i asked for "plump fish" since plumper puffers usually means those puffer eat better. Don't know about sharks though...
