This is not your average everyday snail problem... you will probably never have heard of a predicament like this. I feel completely stupid and retarded. It's like commiting suicide with a gun and failing.

I don't have too many snails. I don't have enough for my puffer fish as a food source... I've heard of people with LOADS and LOADS of snails by mistake, but i've been trying to create a food source for my brackish puffers.

They're in a half gallon tank i found, since i didn't wanna get a new 5 gallon... and I have 1-2 depending if one got fed to the puffers or not. I've seen eggs and little snail-like organisms moving around, but i'm stumped. It has no heater, it has plants in it, and it doesn't even "take two to tango"... ARGH! HELP ME!

thats not the problem... I WANT THE SNAILS TO FEED TO MY PUFFER FISH... read the thread before posting please.

I think your tank is too small as well, snails need nice conditions as well to thrive right? My 20 gal is almost going to be overloaded, as I see ALOT of new patches of eggs on the walls. But I think they eat the algea wafers I give them. I think having alot of plants helps as well.
