I wouldn't think so. For instance, baby damnsels will grow into adult damnsels and terrorize the rest of the fish.
Only in the short term. A predator will try to eat what it views as prey, no matter how long they've been living together. Juveniles seldom claim much territory (does vary with the species), but will grow into the territory habits common for the species as an adult.
