Weather Loaches, how big do they get?

I have a question.

How big do Weather Loaches get?

Various websites say different things about their size, like it varies or something

yeah, I miss my weather loaches (I had them small), they dissapeared (probably jumped out) , I especially miss my gold one , he/she was just so active, and comical, and very hardy. He/She really lit up my old 55 gallon community, i'm sure my Keyholes would have said differently, since they occasionally had these little harmless scrums for the pvc caves

I have read a profile here on aquariacentral.com about the weather loach and it says that they get 8".

So my best guess would be that they get smaller in the home aquaria (6-8 inches)

Quick question,

Would one or two weather loaches be too big for a 37 gal?
