Glowlight swimming upturned - help

Glowlight has been swimming with head upturned, unable to reach surface. Almost seems like a struggle to stay of bottom of tank. Any ideas?

Tank set up:
External fluval 304
Ammonium/ammonia 0
pH 6.9
Nitrate 10ppm
Nitrite 0 ppm
Tank set up 6 months ago.

Sounds like a swim bladder infection :(

I have heard that it's very hard to cure.

Hopefully some experts or more knowledgable members will help you out :)

Yeah, I did some further reading and all the symtoms point to a swimbladder infection.

Anyway thanks for taking the time to post a reply.
