my LFS just got in some south Florida species tube anemones from their Keys supplier. The one guy I get along with well says he had 3 that have been good about not stinging his corals, easy to feed, and propagate quickly by sending runners through sand. I was wondering if all of this was true or if he has maybe very rarae friendly anemones. Thanks.

From what I hear, they are all relatively inoffensive. Have you seen this article? I liked it a lot:tube anemones (http://www.advancedaquarist.com/issues/june2004/invert.htm)

The one I have came from the keys. It's basically brown, I'd like to find more colorful ones!! Mine has been fine, no problems to speak of. I have 2 more smaller ones starting near this one. Mine was tiny when I got it and now it's about 5" from the base to the ends of the tentacles.

the ones they have are blue with white and tentacles and yellow radius. They're good lookers and only around 10 bucks. I may pick up 3 then to start a little colony over in a sandy part of my tank
cool article by the way. Really good info.
