Crap, Help I Think Sick Fish

CRAP, i think my Butis butis is sick, most likely from the minnows that now know i should not feed him. have a look at this picture

in kinda a funny way, it looks like it is a Zit lol. BUT since i know that is not it. Any ideas. it is not food becuase it looks to have grown from the front of him. sorry for the crappy pictures. bu if oyu look at the second one, there is a notiable white spot.

im not quite sure what im supposed to be looking for. I do not see any white spot on your fish, so perhaps you can describe it?
Water parameters? Behavioural changes? are any other fish affected with...whatever you're worried about?

if you look on the first picture you can see nothing on his mouth. if you look at the second picture, he is hideing under the rock, but you can see the white spot on the front of him.

Okay, hmmm...you say it's like a zit...hmmm...
my guess it if is anything at all, it would be a tumor or ulcer, but I don't think thats the case. Is it raised? does it look like ich? any behavior changes to your fish? any other fish affected?
