quick question. I am battling ick right now, and it is going away (slowly but surely) but I am noticing some of my fish that didnt show any signs are now starting to get a wierd black color to their fins. Is this still ick, or maybe something else? iGrassy-azz me amiogos!

I have encountered that before and it could be bacterial infection if I remember correctly. There should be something on a disease chart somewhere.

Here is one possibility I found:

Myxobacteriosis
Symptoms: Symptoms may include black patches on the body and fins. The body may become bloated or swollen in some areas.
Treatment: As far as I know, there is only one medication designed specifically for myxobacteriosis--Phenocide by Aquatronics.

Information: This infection is rather uncommon but fairly easy to treat. Its probability is intensified by overcrowding and poor water quality with high levels of ammonia and / or nitrites.

can I run the medication concurrent with the ick meds? Also, do I have to half the medication like I am with the ick meds due to my tetra and scaleless fish?
