drift wood

i posted a question on here a while ago and asked how to sink my drift wood and some one told me to boil the crap out of it. it is boiling right now and still no sign of it sinking. it has been going for about an hour now. any suggestions on what to do to make this darn think sink. thanks for all of your help.

boiling will really only work on small pieces, considering you can't fit a big piece in just any pot. I've found anchoring large pieces with rocks for a few weeks will generally sink it quite well. Then you can remove the rocks and the driftwood will be saturated enough to stay down.
